This year, Wellington launched a revised professional development process that ties Wellington Fund support directly to next year’s faculty and staff learning. Your gifts make it possible to bring inspiring speakers to campus, send educators to national conferences, and provide personalized opportunities that align with our strategic plan, ensuring growth that directly strengthens teaching and learning in every classroom. This is how we cultivate a community of educators who embrace curiosity, lead with passion and continually evolve to meet the highest standards of challenge and support.

Your gift provides immediate tuition assistance to families facing financial hardship, allowing students to stay in the classrooms and community they love.

The Leadership Society recognizes those donors to The Wellington Fund who invest at least $2,500 per year, and for Alumni who contribute $1,000 or more. Members of the Leadership Society have long recognized the opportunity to lead and help set the bar higher for what our school can accomplish. Along with the Founders Society, the Leadership Society accounts for a substantial portion of funds raised.

The Founders Society is a recognition society for the school's top annual investors - families contributing $10,000 or more to The Wellington Fund. Members of the Founders Society make the biggest impact on the Wellington program by providing important funding. This group of investors represents a substantial portion of funds raised.

The Legacy Society represents individuals who have made a planned gift to Wellington. This support ensures that tomorrow’s students will have continued access to world-class faculty and innovative curriculum in an environment that welcomes curiosity and stirs passion for learning. All planned gifts will go toward The Wellington School Endowment Fund unless otherwise designated.
