  • Upfront Payment

The Pre-Pay Plan is one upfront payment that includes tuition and fees. When you choose this plan, you'll receive a small reduction in tuition. This plan is only available until May 1. This option cannot be used in combination with Tuition Assistance.

  • Two Payments

The first payment is 60% of your tuition and fees and is due by July 5. You'll submit the remaining fees on January 5 of that school year. We waive administrative fees for families that choose this plan.

  • Six Payments

This plan breaks down tuition and fees into six equal payments. Payment dates begin in June and end in November. If you have received scholarships or Tuition Assistance - your awards are equally spread across all six payments. Payments for this plan must be made through VCAutopay through the parent portal. This plan requires a deposit and an administrative fee.

  • Monthly Payments

The Monthly Payment Plan allows you to pay your tuition and fees balance in 10 monthly payments beginning in July and concluding in April. If you have received scholarships or Tuition Assistance - your awards are equally spread across all ten payments. Payments for this plan must be made through VCAutopay through the parent portal. This plan requires a deposit and an administrative fee.
